Out of courtesy I kindly ask that you give 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. In the case that more than 24 hours' notice is not given for cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service: same day or last minute no shows will be responsible for 100% of the service price. Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding my policy. It is in place to respect my time as a stylist as well as other clients waiting for appointments. Thank you again for your understanding.
